By downloading, accessing, or using the Wonzly app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Link Shortening & Earning Rules

Wonzly offers URL shortening services. Earnings are subject to following strict rules:

• Rate: $0.001 (Tier 1), $0.0005 (Tier 2/3) per valid click
• Same IP: 1 click per IP per 24 hours
• Same Device: 1 click per device per 24 hours
• Minimum Time: 5 second stay required
• Bot Detection: User-agent is strongly verified
• Traffic Source: Must be organic, direct or legitimate social media
• Content: No illegal, adult, or malicious content sharing

4. Strictly Prohibited Actions

Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings:

• Self-clicking or using automated bots/scripts
• VPN, Proxy, or Tor usage to artificially generate clicks
• Multiple clicks from the same IP with 10+ links (Suspicious flag)
• Using paid traffic sources like PTC sites or traffic exchanges
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits

5. Payouts and Withdrawals

Withdrawals of any virtual or fiat currency and prizes must meet the minimum threshold. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any payout.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonzly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
